good Todays Challenge was 20 up and 20 down 00:20

20 up and 20 down...20 sets...each set completed in under a minute
10 push ups
5 inverted rows
10 squats
10 jumping jacks
Felt really pretty good...the inverted rows started to get pretty tough and I was def starting to get tired of pushups but over all didn't have to push really hard.
