Tough one tonight. Barbell deadlifts 3 sets. Was not sure about my weight I needed to kept increasing until I could only get 10 reps
Barbell clean and press. Again I have not done this one...so to focus on form, I just used my straight bar(40lb)...was tough enough to do 3 sets of 10
Cable squat to standing press. Using the rope attached to the lower cable, squat and as you stand up pull the rope to your chest and do a row. Good one!
Close grip bench press 3 sets
DB bench press 3 sets
Eccentric step aways using the black band...works the outer shoulder rotator cuff
Whew! Done
