good Bumps and Jumps 00:20

Round one for tonight was a killer cardio...1 min to do 10 burpees, 1 min to do 12 box jumps..the only rest you get is what you earn if you get your burpees and box jumps done under the minute time. Killer! Shaking and dripping in sweat but got it done. I did have to cut out the push up on the last half of each set of burpees
