good Total Body 00:45

Just a short total body workout this morning to loosen everything up. Pull ups 3 sets of 6, front squats 3 sets, romanian DB one leg dead lifts 3 sets of 12 each side, incline bench press on smith machine 3 sets, zottman DB curls, tricep pull overs with the rope. Then finish with some core. 2 sets of each, roll ups, iso reverse crunch, bench curl ups, plank twist elbow to knee.
