3 sets kettle bell swings
3 sets drop squats
3 sets DB curl to press
3 sets Tricep pull downs
2 sets each arm Cable sword raises..these are hard..def a weak area
Then out to the hay fields to gather bales in preparation for loading Saturday morning. I pack or roll the bales into groups of 5 so the grapple and tractor can come along and pick them up and load the trailer. Forgot to post this last night when I got home.

    I always wonder who comes up with the names of each Imagine sword in your right have just swung your sword down to the ground where the tip rests out in front of your left the bad guys are behind you!!! You lift your sword(don't bend your elbow...keep your arm straight) and extend your arm up as far as it will go at about a 45 degree angle above your head to intercept their sword and block the blow. Those guys must have had strong shoulders...tough one
