good Upper Body push pull core 00:35

Full pull ups 4 sets to failure...could only get 5...but that is 20 total :)
Renegade row 20lb 12 reps 4 sets
Bend over DB curls 4 sets of 12 15lb DB
Band standing curls 4 sets to failure...30 reps
Star fish..3 sets to failure..20 reps, 20 reps, 16 reps ooh burn

    Basically you lay on your back...lift your legs and arms/upper body off the ground in a you look kinda like a dead star Then you lift up and try and touch your right hand to your left foot....then touch your left hand to your right foot...keep going until you can't anymore. All the while keeping your legs and arms in a V shape off the ground.

    Super job. I did one pull-up today to see how if effected my back injury. The pull-up part was fine, but dropping from the pull-up bar hurt. ugh.. Can't jump down or hit the floor yet, but at least I can still do my pull-ups. :)
