good Ax1 lower body and core plus some 01:00

We will call it a good hour..think it was a bit over but did some stretching at the end. Twisting split squat...tough could only hold 12 pounds and keep balanced while I squated down with a twist and came back up. 3 sets to failure each leg
Step up jumps...step up on the box then explode up for a little jump so the leg on the box comes off...3 sets of single leg to failure
kettle bell swings 4 sets to failure
slick floor hamstring curls...bridge up then let your feet slide out as far as you can hold the bridge then pull them back in..OMG! Calves kept 3 sets
canoes 8 lb 3 sets of 25
sumo squat 30lb 15 rep...followed by 30 sec squat jump 3 sets
EZ bar deadlift 3 sets...50lb, 70lb 70lb
Single leg bridge lifts on bench to failure 2 sets each leg
Calling it good enough for tonight

    I get bored easily Love finding new ways to work the same muscles...keeps them guessing. Working on all those stabilizing muscles. I used the wood chopper with a single leg squat...I was surprised how hard it was..had to go light weight....It really worked the outside of the standing leg into the hip.
    And those slick floor hamstring! I have some work to do on that hammy area still. You can do it Pierre...just add one thing to your planks. Can change it up daily
