Workout called for a core move on the floor to failure..followed by shadow boxing for 3 min..circuit was core...boxing...core..boxing..core..boxing...core...boxing. Did two rounds. I felt completely dumb boxing....so I added jumping jacks, box jumps, weighted skaters, burpees...etc until I hit the 3 min mark each time
