15 min of glute blaster to warm things back up after volleyball this afternoon. Then hit some weights on the legs. Kept the weight a bit lighter for my knee's sake. The knee did get a bit tight after 3 sets of wide squats on the smith machine so I backed off a bit for my last set and kept it light and short. All I had time for tonight
