Lat pull downs, wide grip and close grip, pulls, bench press, triceps pull downs, wide grip and rope, triceps pull overs, cable kick backs and side raises. Did three sets of each with a drop set on the lat pull downs, and triceps pull downs. Then home to feed horses pick stalls, get a little dinner and finish off with back video
