good Late post of Leg Day 01:10

Leg day started off good then got interrupted. Neighbor's stud pony was loose..again! So had to cut the gym time down and head home to deal with the pony then back to the workout.
At the gym: Glute Ham raises 5 sets of 10, Hamstring curl 5 sets of 10 at 40lb, Leg extensions 5 sets of 12 at 60lb, cable kickbacks 5 sets of 10 each leg at 40 lb, Narrow stance leg press 3 sets 10 at 70 lb, Wide stance leg press 3 sets 10 at 70lb.
At home: front to back lunges single set w/dumbells 12 rep 15lb, 10 rep 20lb, 8 rep 25 lb each side, progressive set squat 15 rep 15 lb dumbells, 12rep 20lb, 8 rep 25lb, rest, 8 rep 25lb, 12 rep 20lb, 15rep 15lb, Sumo squat force set 5 sets of 5 rep 30lb, progressive set split squat each leg 15rep 12lb, 12rep 15lb, 8 rep 20lb, rest 8rep 20lb, 12rep 15lb, 15rep 12lb..oh burn baby! Super set of stiff leg deadlift 15lb, 20lb, 25lb, 20lb and alt side squat 3 sets of 10 rep with two 12lb dumbells, calf raises 12lb dumbbell 30 reps each side x2 and little leg raises inbetween. Finished with 35 reps glute bridges with 20 lb sandbag, and 30 reps each side single leg wall glute bridges. All I had the engery and time for tonight. :)
