Arms and ABS 00:45

Pushed the limit in the weights. Progressive sets are 15 reps lighter weight, 12 reps increase the weight, 8 reps heavy weight, drop to lighter weight for another 8 reps. Could times I could not complete the entire 8 reps on the heavy weight so I had to drop down a little bit to finish. Gota keep pushing up to improve. :) Little guns were showing after this one...lol
