It had not rained so I rushed home after work and got those last 5 fence posts in on my round pen. First time I have ever put dug post holes and put in posts via head After a little dinner I got the rest of my workout in. Glute blaster - 20 min, wide squat jumps, squat presses, plyo lunges and single leg toe touches...all 4 times through. Then Max weight which starts with a body weight exercise to fatigue the muscle then Max weight on the same muscle. Squats, lunges, push ups, pull ups, presses, and more. finished with weighted glute bridges 10 rep with 10 second hold x3, and band walks..side to side and front to back, last single leg wall bridges...20 each side
