Run went as expected....plyo legs..haha Just kept things as slow as I wanted to go...easy pace. Legs loosened up a bit about half way but were very heavy. Just focused on being outside in the sunshine although it was a bit cool and breezy...not bad.

    Good job. I'm kind of glad today was my rest day. Even walking it felt breezy and cold let alone running today.

    Ah yes, the dreaded plyo legs...at some point I thought the next day would get easier. How close are you to being done? You gonna run Albany next week?

    Scott...since I took 2 and half months to complete phase one...lol Felt like I needed to..we will see how long weeks 5-7 are for me. If I have a light week or feel I need to go one more week before moving on I do. Guess I am on the P90X 6 month program instead of the 90 days...haha I am seeing good results now. Need to take another picture. I think I am basically on week 8 of the program(completed in 12 weeks..lol) WOW...I better get serious about getting this last 8 pounds off me for the final pic
