      Thanks. I can't run for a while. I've developed ITBFS and my knee is funky. I am out for 4-6 weeks. I guess I'll start swimming.

    What a beutifule run around the lake. It was cold at the start, but I warmed up quicly. I found out about the extra miles at the first aid station at mile 6.

      woo hoo, good luck and have fun, we're off to Oklahoma City for the half ironman tomorrow, Pete says good luck trying to run faster than him.....we have a half marathon next Saturday in Columbia.....
