Ooops! Forgot to turn off my Garmin, so my full time and distance includes a really slow ferry ride lol. The time showing here is just for the 10km run, not the extra :)
Felt not bad starting out, but tired out pretty fast. Realized about 6km in that all I had for breakfast was a handful of almonds and half a Clif bar, so that could have had something to do with it. But I'm only 30 seconds or so slower than I was here last Sunday so maybe it was just in my head? Either way, I'm getting so nervous for Seattle!! I'm not sure I can do this!!!
