Good workout with 1 mile run. Here's a tip; always weigh yourself in the same lightweight workout clothes. I weighed myself in jeans and boots, added five pounds!

Ran way too fast the first mile, 9 min, and had to walk for a bit of the next mile. Also did some free weights and pilates. Haven't had a chance to run at all since then.

Wow, takes a year to lose 15 pounds, ten days on vacation to gain back. All those restaurant meals I guess! We did a lot of walking, didn't expect a setback.
