    Good workout with 1 mile run. Here's a tip; always weigh yourself in the same lightweight workout clothes. I weighed myself in jeans and boots, added five pounds!

    Ran way too fast the first mile, 9 min, and had to walk for a bit of the next mile. Also did some free weights and pilates. Haven't had a chance to run at all since then.

    It was a good workout but I really pulled an abdominal muscle. Ow! Couldn't figure out what it was at first.

    I really have to go more often than every three days. But it takes so long to get over to the Y! And I have stuff to do here especially now it's cool enough for yardwork and riding.

    A very short run. I have to learn to keep a more consistent pace. I tend to run too fast and then run out of breath and/or energy. a habit from doing interval training at the Y.

    Wow, takes a year to lose 15 pounds, ten days on vacation to gain back. All those restaurant meals I guess! We did a lot of walking, didn't expect a setback.
