      @Lara, I do almost all my midweek miles on the treadmill at the YMCA because they have cheap childcare. I actually don't mind it most days.
      @Ann, HA! No way! I just ran too fast tuesday... THEN I mt. biked pretty hard (for me). Going long this weekend. Don't you worry. :0)
