My weekly Sharon Woods run with Alissa E. - I had been sick the last couple of days and was hoping I felt good enough to go today, but my lungs where still congested so it was hard to breath and was on the verge of coughing most of the way. We set out to do 7 but cut it short to 4 for my sake. My body felt ok at least! Chicken noodle soup and OJ tonight!
