Ran an out and back up AF canyon with Dan and Scott. 1500 vert in the first 9. It was a great run. We were met with the canyon headwind all the way up so we took turns leading to wind break for each other. Scott stashed water on the route, very nice. Dan and I ran together on the 3 mile push on the way back, it went well (17:08) but we didn't really push the first mile. Scott's was much faster. Cruised the rest of the way back and ran the last one really slow to cool down proper. Always fun to run with the guys. Great conversation, good prep, and always helping each other to get better. Happy Saturday! http://connect.garmin.com/activity/201511028

Yes good words. "Beside Myself"! How is this even possible? I will never figure out how anyone can move their legs so fast & the elevation is mind blowing. You Are A Bad Man! ♥u

Really solid once again - nice job, it's amazing (a) that you can keep a conversation at that pace, and (b) how much the right group really boosts the training.
