RUN
good Morning slow 4 4 mi 00:48 12:01 pace
Avg HR 146. I find it ironic that sub 12 paces are usually lower than my 12+ paces. Today this was not fun. I REALLY wanted to go faster and just be done. But I behaved!

The paces are so slow that its easy to add to my day. Barbara I have that trouble too so I REALLY had to slow my paces down and I always walk my cool down. I can not take my HR from zone 3 or 4 without stopping all together.

I can usually handle zone 3 pretty well and just keep jiving, but when I hit zone 4 for a couple of miles, I start to fade pretty quickly. You are still totally getting stronger and faster and rockin' while you're doing it too!
