    First run in 3 weeks. SCARY. Went well. Goal is 9-10 tomorrow. Concerned since I haven't been running, but I'll just do it as long as I feel ok about it. Wish me luck!

      8 is really good! I think the recommendation is to do a 10 miler once before the half. If you do that next weekend, you'll be in really good shape to run the half! I'm so proud of you :-)
