It was 75 degrees but humid. My legs, heart, and lungs were being so rude and uncooperative. I'm totally not talking to them for the rest of the day. This run sucked, the end. Hopefully yoga goes better tonight, it couldn't get worse. Well, I guess I could die during yoga, so yeah, it could get worse.
