I haven't ran in a month. A month. I've been on vacation and honestly it was never a priority for me. It was also nice just to have a complete break from it. I'm back at it, because I missed it. It's amazing how much fitness I've lost in a month. I wanted to started out small and slower, especially since it's 90 degrees outside and I would be stupid to do any more at this point. With water and music in hand, I set out around my neighborhood. It's hot outside. Really hot. I'm glad to be back on here though, I miss my DM runner friends.
