This year i completed my 1st Ultra Marathon.. And now the rest of 2012 is just about getting sharp for 2013s events. Beat my previous London Ultra time in Feb'13, Complete the 2 day Hadrian Wall 69mile ultra june'13 and then the London Ultra duathlon.
