Well after wasting a day watching Team GB not perform... MC not being able to ride BoxHill meaning the other GB guys having to slow and cost them their opportunities of medal places too, i decided i should go all out on tonights ride into work.
The result, beautiful cadence and a new PB which im very hsppy with as i left the house feeling alittle tired in the legs and a chicken roast dinner in my backpack along with the usual change of clothes was quite heavy.

To be fair, i dont like hills either. ;-)
Cheers matey, excited about virtually 20 miles in sub 60. Gonna have a go next week without the pack and see the difference.
