Very tough cycle home after a night shift... So tired, dont know how my legs turned over to be honest!
Treated it as a recovery easy spin with a respectable average speed over the 19.4 miles of 16mph.
The road closures have started to be in place for todays cycle race, so im sure tonights ride into work will be interesting even with a pass!
