      Eliot, they spray red arrows on parts of the course where people may get lost, but they might as well use a felt tip pen as doesn't help.. theres the national loop you follow, and they give out maps too... Its a good course with nice treats at check points. You could run it with the long distance runs you're up to. :-)

  6. Freeeeezzzzzing cold 8 mile run this morning in Lenzie, Kirky, waterside Scotland along the canal... Dodgy, very dodgy underfoot with the snow and ice packed ground!! workout upload on Saturday night.

      Ricky, just depends on what you are after i wouldn't suggest getting anything less than a 110 or a 210... look on wiggle and handtec websites for best deals and details of spec for watches. i have a 910 but its amultisport watch.. the 110, 210, 410, 610 are for running only... as you go up the numbers you get more spec and training tools.. hope that helps.
