    Had a great morning with my unit playing Ultimate Frisbee at a field right on the Potomac. Ran into one of my officers and my rib is jacked up but I am in a great mood to start the Friday!

    I didn't dress for the weather this morning. It was a little breezier and cooler than I thought so I reverted to the treadmill. Other than being very boring it was good to get running again.
