Needed a long run to shake off that Pitt game today. Had some really great weather and felt pretty good through the whole thing. Ran half of the miles as an LSD and the last half Run-Walk-Run on 5min/1min intervals. I will say my fastest mile had to be mile 7 when I realized I was being chased by a huge German Sheperd!!! He must have stayed with me for 1/4 or more before giving up...that got my heart going <:-O
