    Dizzy Dozen NH-12 12 mi 01:54 09:32 pace

Nice miles Brad!! What's up with the foot? Hope it goes away for good...the pain, not the foot :)

Thanks Angie. Wish I knew what it was. I can walk just fine. Seems high in the foot right where the metatarsals meet... Maybe a sprain? Taking it easy for a few days.

Hmm. that does sound like maybe a sprain, but are you in new shoes? Maybe the toe box isn't wide enough? Just a thought. Sometimes I have pain there when I'm wearing shoes that are narrow - my dress shoes. Get some rest and I hope it feels better.

That is EXACTLY the idea when tapering. Sometimes restraining ourselves is harder than pushing it. Nice taper run.
