Easy spin on the trainer to start off Monday morning. My calf is still a bit tight from yesterdays run, so I thought the bike would be a good idea. Nothing much to report on the spin, just rode easy and listened to a few podcasts. Followed the spin with ITB rehab routine and some stretching.

    Very smart choice. I am so looking forward to getting a bike and adding that to the mix in a few weeks. Hope the calf improves as the day goes on.
