Easy spin on the bike trainer while I watched the last hour of the movie "Without Limits." For anyone that hasn't seen this movie, I highly recommend it. It is about American-icon runner Steve Prefontaine and his rise from a youngster all the way through college and to the olympics. I really enjoyed it, and found it quite inspiring. Pre was a truly unique and dynamic individual, and his relationship with his coach at Oregon, Bill Bowerman, was also super interesting. Definitely worth your time to watch this running movie!

Followed the ride with the ITB rehab routine and a few sets of pushups. Legs are feeling pretty good today, and no problems with either ITB or knee. Hoping for a good run tomorrow morning to end out the week.

    Great movie. I know it hasn't been easy sticking to the rehab, but you seem to be near the end of the tunnel. This whole rehab should make you a better stronger runner.
