Looking forward to a run with the youngsters from my kids school this afternoon. I am helping out with the boys running/fitness program for 3rd-5th graders. We are taking these kids through an 8 week buildup and then culminating in one of the popular local spring 5K races. My oldest daughter is doing the girls program, and I'm excited to do that 5K with her again this year (last year was her first ever).
