    Second week back doing hills. Did six reps this time. Could have done more. Guess next week is eight...or find a longer hill :-)

    Frist hill training session in a LONG time. I was smart and only did 4 repeats but I think I could have done more without any problem. Next week I'll do 6!

    Wow that was a humid run. I can't remember the last time I had sweat dripping off the peak of my running cap! Yuck!!!

    Now off to donate blood... :-)
