    Finally found time to post this. A bit humid, but getting used to that. A more relaxed pace than Sunday's run. 9:28, 8:51, 8:48, 8:32. HR = 170, Max = 188.

    Easy run to keep the streak alive. Resting for a 5K on Saturday. Sinuses are stuffy, and it's hot. Guess that explains the high HR for such a slow run. HR = 161, MAX = 173.
