      I love yoga! Started doing it regularly about 5 years ago and it has made me a better runner. Faster and more well rounded. I haven't had any injuries that have made me sit out. I practice Atleast 3x a week. Enjoy! Namaste! Also, there are these great kid yoga youtube videos I do with my kids, really fun!
