    Joined Matt for an 11-miler this morning. It sleeted and snowed the last 4 or 5 miles which was really pretty. We were just glad it didn't rain.

    Met Derek and Matt for some early morning miles. We ran a flat route today for a change. It was quite nice!

    Met the guys at 5:30 to get this one done. It was nice to have all five us running together. That doesn't happen often. First mile was the slowest at 9:00, last mile was the fastest at 8:18.

    Not a 5K PR, but (I know this is a stretch) it is a PR for an off-road 5K. The single track on Mile 2 is where I fell behind the pace. Enjoyed the run, and hearing all of the bells.
