I actually went on a real run. it was great! work is starting to slow down a little (knock on wood) so hopefully i will be able to do more.

hit the bag and did some jump rope when i got back from running. already getting a little faster on the speed bag. boxing works your abs a lot more than i thought it would!

Went to Strike class for the first time in 6 months. It was great, it works your muscles differently than most workouts and seems like a great cross trainer for triathletes.

We are dog sitting 2 dogs, so I took all 4 of them for a 2 mile run. Then I went 4 more on my own. It really didn't take them that long to get find their spot and get into a rhythm.
