    Nice 5 mile run tonight. Very smooth and fluid. Much, much better than last nights foray. (and faster too.)

      All joking aside, I was really impressed with your ride tonight. I let you set the pace and you set the bar pretty high for newbie. You were plugging along at a pace that would make many new riders jealous. Then when we hit that sprint on the return, while I'm cruising along at 23mph, you weren't that far behind me at all. Considering the fact that you were pulling off those speeds 1) as a new rider, 2) on a heavy bike, 3) without proper gear/cleats, and 4) it was freaking hot!...I think you've got it.

      Great job Brad!! With Amber's help, you may have to re-classify yourself as an "athlete" first, but eventually as a "cyclist". She's relentless you know. :-) Glad to see your post!!
