Cleveland Circle Hill Loop

Sore legged run with Carol from work - we both needed this to boost up our days. MCAS has been absolutely exhausting, but we've prevailed, and ran a great time on this challenging loop. SO glad I split up the eight miles over two days. Good conversation and a great pace combined with a temp of around 40F made for a good run. Shins ankles and ITBs sore, but that's understood/expected. Will remedy for this weekend/Boston.
