First run in a long long time. Been suffering from some anxiety-related physical stuff, sa many know, and the weather and everything was just too good not to get out and try it. Lots of discomfort, but post run, I feel pretty okay. Wiped out in a good way. Not at all fast, of course, but speed is a goal I'm not concerned with right now. This is a nice little loop, but there are a few big crossings, most notably the railroad one, and the sidewalks/pavement aren't the best. Streets are different here in Japan. You just don't run on certain streets. Most streets. Hope this is the beginning of a beautiful friendship between me and running in Japan. A bit lightheaded, but that may be the contacts/ side effects of some meds. 75F/almost 24F, 61% humidity. For Oct. 23 - not bad.
