    55 degrees, thank goodness! Awesome run - I could have kept going for a while if I didn't have to go to work. I also got the best night of sleep I've had in a while so that helped a lot.

      There should be a term in running similar to speedwork that represents the challenges of weather - maybe "weather conditioning." I'm always reminding myself that my pace will immediately dip come fall weather. Keep it up!

    Run yesterday was a bit of a slog. I was tired from not sleeping well and the park next to the Currituck Sound was open with no trees so I ran into the wind half the time. But - I got it done!

      Yes, the view was lovely! I should have gone to a trail that's a little further from my parents' cottage with more trees, but this did the trick and I got to look at the water. :)
