    I keep forgetting to log my runs. Iliobital band and new leg tattoo are slowing me down. This was the first run since last thursday. I had to keep stopping to stretch though.

      I used to have a lot of IT Band problems. They're tough, and once they're inflamed, they're so hard to fix. I ended up seeing an A.R.T. certified chiropracter and it helped SO much ( Keep it in mind if it doesn't get better. Feel better!!

    Cramps are worse now but happy I ran.

    It was supposed to be a running day but the kids were maniacs and wouldn't let me take off. So lemons to lemonade and I did a mean kettlebell workout. Sweaty and crazy pumped. I'm done.

    Lame. Wanted to do more. Want to run outside. The weather is so nice and I'm sick of the treadmill. Just can't leave the kids all by themselves :( I need to get my mojo back.

      Haha, I'm sure the kids would be FINE ;) I give you credit, the treadmill is brutal, especially when it's nice out!

      I'm jealous of you. Wanted to run so bad, regardless of how miserable I felt/feel.

      When J & M are home at the same time (will that ever happen?) maybe we can run on Rt. 1 sometime :)

    3 miles uphill (I'm so slow going up hill) watching hulu and riding late at night after the kids went to bed.
