    I am guessing on the time here, there was a lot of stopping and starting but it was a beautiful night to ride with wonderful friends, Marie, Heather and Dawn.

    This run went pretty well. The last three miles were tougher but I didn't run at all during the week last week. It was a gorgeous morning and the first warm day that I have run since last year.

    Hooray, vertigo didn't win today! Back on my training plan and feeling good that this run went so well. A little tired at the end but overall felt good after an unexpected week off.
