  16. Does anyone else feel like it is easier to run when it is dark? I ran during daylight today and I felt absolutely terrible! Running in the dark feels so much better!

      I used to run with a headlamp, but it annoyed me. Most nights here aren't too dark to run without it. I actually like running in the dark, it makes me see everything in a brand new light.

    Ran with friends for the first time. They let me set the pace. I ran my first hills, 141 ft elevation gain. I was slow, but they didn't mind. My ankle feels great, and I feel great!
