Bike work - Danger, could be boring if you are not into bikes! - Installed my cadence sensor on the bike today. Garmin GSC-10. Its kinda a clunky unpretty thing, so if anyone has another suggestion for an ant + sensor please tell me. Anyway, I installed it, and then the pickup on the crank arm. The pickup is really pretty poorly done. You attach it with a adhesive and then tie wrap it in place. Well I googled around, and took a hardware store trip and got some fancy rare earth magnets. Stuck one on the end of my pedal spindle and removed the garmin pickup. Works like a charm. So I saw my cadence. Hmm, low. So I swapped back to my 16t rear cog and we will see if I can get my cadence at 90. I installed the 17t cog on the other side of the wheel and made sure my chain can do both. I think I'm closing in on where I ought to be.
