    Really pushed this one. Was trying to catch some ppl but never did. Also, my contact lens was blurry so it was a little weird. I encountered slippery sand and my knee took one for the team.

    Ran in hokas and mizuno trail shoes. Saw runners I know. Thank you to the great folks at Running Lab for making it all happen!

    Nice ride on the trails with Jenn and Meg. My timing was a little off so we rode a bit in the dark. No crashes! I think I got a bee sting, the only mishap.
