      You can do the race without racing the race. Just don't let your convoluted thoughts trick you into attempting a PR on the first three miles!

      Goz its the hometown race, a huge highlight of the year. So I am really looking fwd to it. But I wont do Gallaway, I'll do the Bob method lol! Sarah a spoinny medal is pretty sweet too. And Heather thanks so much for the kind offer I may do that. I am thinking no matter what there is a cold refreshing drink awaiting me at the end of this thing!
