    Paced my buddy Elmer for his second loop. Wonderful low key run on dirt roads and jeep trails. psssed cornfields, and people horse camping in the woods. I'll come back for this one for sure.

      I was going to text you yesterday to see if you'd be out for the Sunday morning run. Muddy trails sounded like fun to me, and I should have just went out this morning when I was up early anyway. Got in a fast short run around my neighborhood though.

    Feeling grumpy, so tried to ride it out. Not really successful, but I burned up some calories. Had a giant cookie to get them back!
