    good fairhaven father's day 5k 3.1 mi 00:23 07:29 pace

Considering I haven't been running at all I'm very surprised at a 23:13 (7:29 pace). Pretty close to my PR of 22:38, but it kicked the crap out of me. Finished 117/1106 runners/walkers.

  2. RUN

  5. RUN
    alright 1.5 mi 00:13:57 09:17 pace

    blah 0.67 mi 00:07:30 11:14 pace

This goes to show you what happens when you take off the winter to drink beer and eat bad (good) food while remaining inactive! Was breathing a bit heavy after a quarter of a mile so I stopped, cau... read more

Feels fine now, but I haven't been running since. We're moving in this weekend and we have a ton going on besides the house so we're going to be crazy busy. I feel like I've been working at the new house longer than I am awake at the apartment lately.
