Considering I haven't been running at all I'm very surprised at a 23:13 (7:29 pace). Pretty close to my PR of 22:38, but it kicked the crap out of me. Finished 117/1106 runners/walkers.

Feels fine now, but I haven't been running since. We're moving in this weekend and we have a ton going on besides the house so we're going to be crazy busy. I feel like I've been working at the new house longer than I am awake at the apartment lately.
You must have enjoyed that vacation to not want to run. You can eat your burgers and drink beer after the half marathon....or during... :)
