    Spend Friday afternoon on the indoor track at the Y doing some strength and cardio stuff. My new fav workout. Goes by fast!

    Run normal, run up steep hill, lunge across tennis courts, push-up series, side squat shuffle, bicycles, scissor kicks, etc... fun workout in the park after our backpacking meetup!

      Yeah, no time to mess around... I've been having thoughts about doing a long dayhike, saaaaaay, 32 miles... maybe? On January 21st - ish? Would it be bad form to hike the 1st 1/2 of the FO without signing up? I'd like to go and do it, just at my own pace, stop at the fires and enjoy the experience... not race. Just hike. ?? Just been thinking...

    Killed my arms, shoulders, upper back and chest and did a few abs exercises.

    Ran around the track with some workouts mixed in between laps: stairs, 100 lunges (x2), skips, high knees, grapevines, backwards, etc. Fun!! Will do that again!
