    Very hot. Only got 8 of planed 14K in. Slipped and almost fell on km 2, which didn't help either

    Second run of back-to-back running days. Yesterday I did 8k in 51:51, today it was 44:59. Feel it in my legs right now, but hopefully a rest day tomorrow will solve that.

      Personally, I hate running in the morning. But then, I also hate running in the evening, running when it's hot, running when it's cold, and running in general... :)

    Last run of the race. Massive hill and hot sun. Switched to old Nike shoes instead of the ones that gave me a blister. Much Better. Sprint at the finish down the big hill - priceless

    Night run. Ran with stiches in both my sides, and pain in left knee and neck. Had to stop twice to pee (for a 5.65K route, a record for anyone who's not actually pregnant)

    First run of Mountain to Valley 2012, hot run, rolling hills. Started out too fast (remembered how this was last year, forgot this year we started earlier) and ran in head wind most way.
