great Potential parkrun course 5.01 km 00:27 08:34 pace

Wow! What a great little 5 km course this turned out to be. Gorgeous bushland on the river with lots of different surfaces to run on. It wasn't an entirely flat course either. Just a bit of undulation. Much cooler today meaning a much happier, faster, more comfortable run.
